We find that when employees invite their network to our website, those users are more valuable toward driving leads and revenue. It\u2019s 3x-5x above what the brand drives, in terms of pages per session, average session duration, marketing goal completions, etc. So your mix of branded vs. unbranded content will be a consideration. We aim for 20%-30% branded and the rest is general industry articles where we can layer in our thought leadership.\u00a0<\/p> Incentives are motivating. From the gamification of a leaderboard to swag. I\u2019m trying to set up a reward program but being creative with prizes\u2026\u00a0a LinkedIn recommendation from a director-or-above, lunch with the CEO\u2026\u00a0something beyond another water bottle or t-shirt.\u00a0<\/p> I\u2019ve also learned the value of ongoing training. Especially as new features arise, or just to send a nudge to use the tried and true ones. At ICG we use the free version. When you get a request in, pop it into a card, give it an anticipated publication date and that\u2019ll help you to assess and progress each content idea. Takes a couple of minutes at most.<\/p> We are a team of two and as well as looking after external digital content and communications inc websites, social, email, etc we also handle internal comms for which we have an internal social network (Spark, based on FirstUp<\/a>).<\/p> We find that a large percentage of requests for a communication are actually targeting colleagues rather than external stakeholders. Having an internal social network has really helped us ensure that our external communications is focused.\u00a0<\/p> We moved away from web forms for requests as we found that only certain types of people in certain teams used them -- IT, Facilities, Compliance, Legal. The core of our business is made up of investment teams, a marketing and client relations team and we also have a thriving set of employee-led networks. Most people want to email, Teams us or pop over and chat. Having Trello let us focus the admin on tech at our end, rather than putting up a barrier for our employees.<\/p> One other thing that\u2019s helped is that we have a business partnering lite system in our overall corporate affairs (communications) team. Someone in our team speaks regularly to each investment team to coordinate potential communications\u00a0applicable to all channels -- not just, say, media relations or digital. After momentarily freaking out, I check the Ad Sets tab and my audience is still there - I check the Ads tab and both of my ad creatives are still there as well. Additionally, I filtered ad performance to yesterday and today and the ad is still active and delivering. When I inspect the ad, I can still see the campaign level, and then my ad sets\/ads beneath it.<\/p> It seems like somehow only the campaign portion of the ad completely disappeared from the campaign tab.
