We have found Mastodon to be the best alternative to Twitter for our client\u2019s industry (Healthcare\/Medical). However, the user base (on the Med-Mastodon server, at least) is nowhere near where it needs to be to generate any traction and compete with Twitter.<\/p>

I\u2019m really curious if anyone else is experiencing this problem with Facebook! Our page has been inundated with spam\u00a0reviews. They\u2019re all from different spammy accounts, all for crypto (we\u2019re a leadership development nonprofit, so that\u2019s wildly off-topic), and they all\u00a0have a strong MLM flavor. These are\u00a0positive reviews, but unhelpful and make it harder for people to find legitimate testimonials about our organization.<\/p>

We\u2019ve never had a problem boosting posts with external links, but recently, Facebook start automatically adding a Facebook click ID (fbclid) to the URL. I went through the steps to remove this from our Google Analytics, but it still hasn\u2019t removed it from Facebook.\u00a0<\/p>

Are LinkedIn Groups still a thing? I know they exist, but does anyone use them as an active community? Are you a part of a LinkedIn group where users are having conversations? We have a few \u2018official\u2019 groups from my org and they used to be community-driven, healthy locations for conversations about specific topics. Now, all we see are promotional posts and little to no engagement by the community. In short, you don\u2019t\u00a0want to have multiple business accounts.<\/p>
In your particular scenario, I don\u2019t think having an additional account would make sense and it would likely lead to confusion.\u00a0 You could potentially create a group that would be managed by those in HR and then have that on your company page as a featured group.<\/p>

They\u2019ve tried deleting + re-downloading their app, attempted logging in on a desktop computer, and have tried to get in touch with Meta but don\u2019t have a POC there. We are worried about brand confusion and dividing our followers but also having less people look at the main channel. - Will this impact\u00a0the video content you want\/have scheduled to push out on the platform?<\/li>\t
- Will adjusting your video content from horizontal to vertical present challenges, especially if your content is produced by a media\/video department?\u00a0<\/li>\t
- If the change becomes a permanent fixture of Instagram, how will\u00a0Sprout adapt to the changes? Will publishing all videos to \u201cReels\u201d solely become an on-platform operation?<\/li>\t
- It wasn\u2019t stated in any of the articles, but how will videos already on the platform be converted into Reels, or will they simply grandfather in that content?<\/li><\/ul>
Anyway, I\u2019m appreciative of any and all insights this community has to offer on this topic.
