I\u2019m really curious if anyone else is experiencing this problem with Facebook! Our page has been inundated with spam\u00a0reviews. They\u2019re all from different spammy accounts, all for crypto (we\u2019re a leadership development nonprofit, so that\u2019s wildly off-topic), and they all\u00a0have a strong MLM flavor. These are\u00a0positive reviews, but unhelpful and make it harder for people to find legitimate testimonials about our organization.<\/p>

Has anyone else dealt with an enduring stream of spam reviews? How did you handle it? I\u2019m looking to see if anyone has ever had the issue where one of the business pages they\u2019ve inherited is owned by an account\u00a0you don\u2019t have access to?\u00a0
I\u2019m an admin on the page, but it\u2019s giving me issues with syncing our instagram, because it says I need an admin from the account that owns the page to approve.

We\u2019ve sent a request but it\u2019s quite possible all the accounts associated with the account that owns the page are dormant or no longer active.\u00a0

Curious if anyone\u2019s had an issue like this, or any suggestions on how to resolve?\u00a0\u00a0

We had major success with my business on Tiktok-hitting 200k views a WEEK. However, now-within the\u00a0past 4 weeks- it has gone completely flat. We are lucky if we get 1,000 views per video. And we have changed NOTHING! Still using viral hashtags, posting at the right times, following the trends, etc. Has anyone else gone through this? Did the algorithm drastically change? ANY advice or information will help. Question: How do you conduct a mass-sunset of brand social media profiles w\/out evoking confusion\/hysteria from followers?<\/p>

Context: Our organization has agreed it is time to mass-sunset a series of social media accounts (currently 114 social media profiles hopefully going down to roughly 60 before the EOY) that were created over the years by numerous dept.\u2019s\/teams.\u00a0These profiles have already been determined to be sunset as they do not serve the brand in any way. Question: How do you conduct a mass-sunset of brand social media profiles w\/out evoking confusion\/hysteria from followers?<\/p>

Context: Our organization has agreed it is time to mass-sunset a series of social media accounts (currently 114 social media profiles hopefully going down to roughly 60 before the EOY) that were created over the years by numerous dept.\u2019s\/teams.\u00a0These profiles have already been determined to be sunset as they do not serve the brand in any way. Many of them have followers but have not been regularly posted on. These social profiles support an overall brand, but are not the umbrella brand themselves.<\/p>

• Will adjusting your video content from horizontal to vertical present challenges, especially if your content is produced by a media\/video department?\u00a0<\/li>\t
• If the change becomes a permanent fixture of Instagram, how will\u00a0Sprout adapt to the changes? Will publishing all videos to \u201cReels\u201d solely become an on-platform operation?<\/li>\t
• It wasn\u2019t stated in any of the articles, but how will videos already on the platform be converted into Reels, or will they simply grandfather in that content?<\/li><\/ul>
