悬而未决的问题

Hi! I work for a well established brand in New Zealand that also operates in Australia and South East Asia. Today our Australian page\/ad account has been permanently banned for violating advertising policies.\u00a0

We didn\u2019t actually violate any policies, Facebook just changed the status of every ad since the account was launched in 2016 to rejected so we appear to have 1000+ violations. Previously they have incorrectly classed our account as \u201cpolitical\u201d\u00a0because we are an eco brand that posts about sustainability. This only happens to our Australian account not our NZ account.\u00a0<\/p>

I have tried a review however of course with every \u00a0ad ever created being rejected we didn\u2019t pass the review. Has anyone been able to get their ad restrictions lifted\u00a0after being permanently disabled?\u00a0

Facebook support is unhelpful and our account manager doesn\u2019t ever reply to my emails. We\u2019ve never had a problem boosting posts with external links, but recently, Facebook start automatically adding a Facebook click ID (fbclid) to the URL. I went through the steps to remove this from our Google Analytics, but it still hasn\u2019t removed it from Facebook.\u00a0<\/p>

Posts with the fbclid aren\u2019t eligible to be boosted. How do I get Facebook to stop added these? Does anyone have tips and tricks they can share for running a successful B2B influencer program?\u00a0

So far, we\u2019ve researched and recommended SMEs and trade publications for our clients to tap into, but we haven\u2019t got to actually manage that program.\u00a0

Are B2B influencer fees similar to traditional influencers? Is there ever an opportunity to negotiate exclusive relationships?

Do you have to do more coaching with B2B influencers?

Do B2B influencers even really exist? Is it weird to ask industry leaders to partner?\u00a0

I have started scheduling stories for Instagram and sometimes Facebook. I noticed when I post, no documented content stays in the Sprout calendar. I assume any data that results from posting to stories is lost in Sprout? Assuming this is correct, I must now natively collect data from Instagram and Facebook?<\/p>

Just looking for a confirmation. Could be beneficial for Sprout to negotiate some way to track social story data as well. I have started scheduling stories for Instagram and sometimes Facebook. I noticed when I post, no documented content stays in the Sprout calendar. I assume any data that results from posting to stories is lost in Sprout? Assuming this is correct, I must now natively collect data from Instagram and Facebook?<\/p>

We mainly want to do this for cybersecurity reasons.<\/p>

Has anyone tried this method before? Did it work? Did you run into any problems with Facebook, getting flagged, or anything of that nature? Are LinkedIn Groups still a thing? I know they exist, but does anyone use them as an active community? Are you a part of a LinkedIn group where users are having conversations? We have a few \u2018official\u2019 groups from my org and they used to be community-driven, healthy locations for conversations about specific topics. Now, all we see are promotional posts and little to no engagement by the community. Recently, out of the blue, Facebook permanently banned our main Business Page from running ads. Our ads account is still active and we can run ads from any other page, just not our main page. They stated we went against their advertising policies but told us that they couldn\u2019t tell us what policy we broke and why. We\u2019ve been running ads on Facebook since 2014 and have never run into this issue before.\u00a0<\/p>

We work closely with their \u201cMeta Experts\u201d who regularly review our campaigns, so you\u2019d assume they would be aware\u00a0of any policy we may be breaking. We did not have any ads rejected prior to the ban.\u00a0<\/p>

Has this happened to you? <\/strong>I have connected with 4 other B2B businesses that this has happened to in the last few weeks. None of them were given a reason why nor a notice or warning.\u00a0<\/p>

Additionally, we have noticed diminishing results in our campaigns over the past 2 years. We expected it, but as we have always relied on 1st party data anyways, we didn\u2019t think the quality of results would change. We were wrong.\u00a0<\/p>

Lastly. we are unable to run Lookalike campaigns anymore. Prior to ios 14.5, best practice was to run a 1% Lookalike. Now, Facebook is telling us we must go up to 7% to have a large enough audience. That is WILD! We had a list of 90k emails and the Lookalike we built off of that list came back as \u201ctoo small.\u201d Outrageous!\u00a0<\/p>
