We are a tech company that make\u00a0smart garage door openers that can be controlled with our smartphone app. Occasionally, we experience service outages that may temporarily leave people locked out of their garages if their only way in is though our app (i.e. they don\u2019t carry keys with them, don\u2019t have a garage door controller with them AND don\u2019t have an entry keypad installed outside of their garage).<\/p>

We are looking for perspective from brands who have experience with this on how to approach the 24-48 hours following a major outage:<\/p>

1. After announcing that service is restored\/issue is resolved, how long do you leave that announcement post up? Do you delete it at some point and if so, when?<\/li>\t
2. Do you pause all posting on the following day? How long do you wait to resume your day-to-day publishing activity?\u00a0<\/li><\/ol>

My nonprofit has been experimenting with ways to use popular music on Instagram reels. One thing we\u2019ve tried is downloading the song from TikTok and then\u00a0uploading to IG. Does anyone else have good ideas for how to go about this? I\u2019ve seen some pretty major accounts using popular music and can\u2019t imagine they\u2019re not using a business account (for example, the City of Detroit) because they definitely run ads. Wondering if there is a better way, or a training anyone is aware of for reels?<\/p>

I agree it\u2019s a great tool to follow # trends, events, and news, for listening but other than that?<\/p>

I do B2B marketing and we poorly perform on Twitter, even ads don\u2019t do much. Our growth is on YouTube and LinkedIn.\u00a0<\/p>

5+ years ago, Twitter got much greater returns organically (at another B2B company).<\/p>

I\u2019ve worked with several teams\/individuals who struggles to illustrate true ROI of social efforts to leadership as their leadership is fixated on the bottom of the proverbial marketing funnel (actual conversions) as opposed to the top (where social is dumping the leads to begin with).\u00a0Between the two points there seems to be a decent amount of attrition\/factors that the social team cannot control and that are more on the website side.\u00a0<\/p>

I wanted to crowdsource some insights for the age-old battle to illustrate the true ROI of social when it comes to conversions:\u00a0<\/p>

I\u2019ve worked with several teams\/individuals who struggles to illustrate true ROI of social efforts to leadership as their leadership is fixated on the bottom of the proverbial marketing funnel (actual conversions) as opposed to the top (where social is dumping the leads to begin with).\u00a0Between the two points there seems to be a decent amount of attrition\/factors that the social team cannot control and that are more on the website side.\u00a0<\/p>

I would love to see if any others are running into this challenge and\u00a0get any insights from the Community on how best to tackle this issue and get leadership to focus more on the top of the funnel!\u00a0<\/p>
