We are currently investigating if we should allow separate channels to our main group account. We are worried about brand confusion and dividing our followers but also having less people look at the main channel. Mike\u2019s question about benefits is a good call out. We go back and forth, and for regions, it\u2019s mainly about bandwidth; we feel strongly about having someone within the region lead the content\u00a0to make sure the account can truly cater to local flavor. I don\u2019t feel I can do that very well sitting from HQ. Agreed - it depends on the industry, exposure (tradeshows, advertising, etc), hiring, and probably much more. We average about 132 followers per month, but seeing more right now with more exposure in various places. Hello everyone!\u00a0<\/p>

I was on Facebook.com reviewing content when I realized my pages are missing the Stores<\/em><\/strong> tab! I manage three brands with over 260 locations -- all brand and location pages are missing the Stores\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>tab. I immediately went into my settings to see if I had accidentally turned it off, but the\u00a0Stores\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>did not appear as an option in the template we are using. I reviewed different templates (Business, Shopping) to see if it was a template issue, but no template Facebook offered had the\u00a0Stores\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>tab.<\/p>

My coworker discovered other major brands like McDonalds are also missing the\u00a0Stores\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>tab. I tried looking through Meta\u2019s platform, social media\u00a0outlets like Social Media Today, and general news outlets to see if there was some type of explanation, but found nothing!<\/p>

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Does anyone have any clue as to why this is happening, when this will be fixed, and where we can keep track of this issue on Meta\u2019s platform?\u00a0<\/p>
