I work at a school district and want to have a HS student \u2018takeover\u2019 the district\u2019s Instagram account to share \u2018a day in the life at from a HS student perspective\u2019.\u00a0 My question is -\u00a0has anyone done a Instagram takeover yet through sprout?<\/p>

If so, what recommendations do you have for permissions?\u00a0 I was thinking I would set him up in Sprout but would give him \u2018needs approval\u2019 access for the Instagram account.\u00a0 That way I don\u2019t share the password, and he still gets access to post, and I get to see it first before it\u2019s LIVE.\u00a0 Any suggestions? I\u2019m reaching out with a question on behalf of one of our customers and hoping the community may have some insight: they work\u00a0with an agricultural company and are putting together a social strategy for launching a social media presence in LATAM (Mexico, Argentina and Colombia specifically). For this project, we\u2019re looking for recent research on social media usage among farmers, ideally within the LATAM region.\u00a0<\/p>

We\u2019ve found some decent starting research that\u2019s more generalized around social media platform usage in LATAM, but are curious for more focused research on behavior\/usage trends among farming\/agriculture so we know where to prioritize our efforts.\u00a0<\/p>

A handful of months ago, one of our clients ad accounts was disabled for unknown reasons. They took the usual steps to try and get it back up and running without any success. They even had one of their admins setup a new ad account and it worked for a bit to run ads through the new ad account, but that was disabled as well. And finally, we at the agency used one of our employee\u2019s accounts that hadn\u2019t ever been added to the client\u2019s account to setup ads through yet another ad account which was also disabled. All of this to say\u2026\u00a0it seems that we\u2019ve hit a dead end and need to explore other options.<\/p>

One of our options is to start a new FB page, new IG profile, and new ad account. Curious if anyone here has done this and has any things to think through before doing this? I have a client who is a dentist's office and they want to know if they have a good customer-to-social media follower ratio. They have 7500 clients and based on their follower count 17.83% of their customer base is following. I can't find any data about the actual number of customers to social media followers ratios. And what is considered a good or bad benchmark? Has anyone heard of this ratio before or have a source or data I could reference. I agree it\u2019s a great tool to follow # trends, events, and news, for listening but other than that?<\/p>

I do B2B marketing and we poorly perform on Twitter, even ads don\u2019t do much. Our growth is on YouTube and LinkedIn.\u00a0<\/p>

5+ years ago, Twitter got much greater returns organically (at another B2B company).<\/p>

I read and hear a lot about TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube but except the buzz around Elon Musk\u2019s takeover of the platform, Twitter doesn\u2019t seem to garner much interest anymore.\u00a0<\/p>

I agree it\u2019s a great tool to follow # trends, events, and news, for listening but other than that?<\/p>

I do B2B marketing and we poorly perform on Twitter, even ads don\u2019t do much. Our growth is on YouTube and LinkedIn.\u00a0<\/p>

5+ years ago, Twitter got much greater returns organically (at another B2B company).<\/p>

Hello everyone! I was wondering if anyone has seen a recent dip in performance for any Reels they\u2019ve been publishing.<\/p>

Within the last couple of days, I\u2019ve published two different IG Reels for two different clients:<\/p>

1. Scheduled and published straight from Sprout. Uses the client\u2019s own sound. Usually their Reels get around 10,000 - 20,000 views and this one doesn\u2019t even have 1,000.<\/li>\t
2. Created and published in IG. Uses a popular sound. Usually these Reels get 1,000 - 3,000 views and this one only has 150.<\/li><\/ol>

   I just find it odd that both of these are underperforming, especially after IG working so hard to push Reels. Anyone else seeing anything odd?    On 10\/3, Meta identified and resolved an issue affecting distribution for Instagram Reels sent via the API. Any Reels sent via Sprout may have received lower engagement. They\u2019ve indicated this should not happen for any reels posted after 10\/3.\u00a0
   
   In this particular situation, this was an error from our partner. We were one of the first partners to report this issue, and unfortunately, our partner did not resolve the issue until now. Here at Sprout, we believe we can always do better and will investigate how to mitigate issues like these moving forward.
   
   We always encourage you to report if there are consistent discrepancies within your performance from Sprout vs the native network. October is National\u00a0Disability Employment Awareness Month<\/a>\u00a0(NDEAM), a month dedicated to raising awareness on how to build a more\u00a0inclusive workplace for individuals with disabilities.\u00a0<\/p>

I spent a lot of time today reading through LinkedIn, learning what others are doing to raise awareness and I highly recommend you do the same. Some of the hashtags I searched through were: #NDEAM #DisabilityInclusion #DisabilityAwareness and #InclusionAtWork. The content shared browsing these hashtags was\u00a0some great quick tips on how\u00a0you can\u00a0take action, or share these resources with the proper teams at\u00a0your company. My favorite post found today was\u00a0from Alycia Anderson<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0included some great tips, TED\u00a0Talks, a podcast recommendation, and more.<\/p>

Lastly, one of my favorite resources for education on creating accessible social media\u00a0content is Accessible Social<\/a>, a free resource from one of our community members\u00a0@AlexaHeinrich<\/user-mention>.\u00a0<\/p>
