悬而未决的问题

I have a client who is a dentist's office and they want to know if they have a good customer-to-social media follower ratio. They have 7500 clients and based on their follower count 17.83% of their customer base is following. I can't find any data about the actual number of customers to social media followers ratios. And what is considered a good or bad benchmark? Has anyone heard of this ratio before or have a source or data I could reference. We've been posting our Tik Tok's through Sprout vs. natively, and one difference I've noticed is the decline in our views. When we were posting natively, we were able to add as many hashtags as we wanted in the post copy, which I think helped drive our views. Since posting through Sprout, I've noticed there is a character limit on the video description due to an API limitation. Because of this, we haven't been able to add in as many hashtags as before. My guess would be the decline in our views is a result of the lack of hashtags we've been using on our Tik Toks. I\u2019m looking to see if anyone has ever had the issue where one of the business pages they\u2019ve inherited is owned by an account\u00a0you don\u2019t have access to?\u00a0
I\u2019m an admin on the page, but it\u2019s giving me issues with syncing our instagram, because it says I need an admin from the account that owns the page to approve.

We\u2019ve sent a request but it\u2019s quite possible all the accounts associated with the account that owns the page are dormant or no longer active.\u00a0

Curious if anyone\u2019s had an issue like this, or any suggestions on how to resolve?\u00a0\u00a0

My nonprofit has been experimenting with ways to use popular music on Instagram reels. One thing we\u2019ve tried is downloading the song from TikTok and then\u00a0uploading to IG. Does anyone else have good ideas for how to go about this? I\u2019ve seen some pretty major accounts using popular music and can\u2019t imagine they\u2019re not using a business account (for example, the City of Detroit) because they definitely run ads. Wondering if there is a better way, or a training anyone is aware of for reels?<\/p>

For some reason, pretty much overnight, our facebook engagement rates dropped dramatically. I haven\u2019t really changed anything specifically but it happened around the same time Meta Business Suite replaced creator studio. Has anyone else experienced this or got any advice?<\/p>

A handful of months ago, one of our clients ad accounts was disabled for unknown reasons. They took the usual steps to try and get it back up and running without any success. They even had one of their admins setup a new ad account and it worked for a bit to run ads through the new ad account, but that was disabled as well. And finally, we at the agency used one of our employee\u2019s accounts that hadn\u2019t ever been added to the client\u2019s account to setup ads through yet another ad account which was also disabled. All of this to say\u2026\u00a0it seems that we\u2019ve hit a dead end and need to explore other options.<\/p>

One of our options is to start a new FB page, new IG profile, and new ad account. Curious if anyone here has done this and has any things to think through before doing this? I would like to take my LinkedIn ads to the next level when it comes to setting up conversions and bidding. Is there anyone out there that would be open to a Zoom call to share some tips and tricks? I have insight tags set up, but I\u2019ve never done an event tag (worth it?) Also, I use automated bidding, but also understand that putting in manual bids can magnify a budget. I could use some tips on how to not under or overbid.\u00a0

One last thing I\u2019d love insights on. Some of our clients like to test ungated vs gated content on LinkedIn. Is that a fair comparison when reporting on results? Should they just be evaluated on their own? I personally believe gating should be reserved for retargeting, but we get a lot of \u201cwell, could we just try it?\u201d for cold\/cool audiences.
